Your body is the most important and powerful tool that you own, so it makes good sense to look after and invest in it.

 

I want to help you look good and feel better about yourself, and to help improve your health through fitness and nutrition.

Being fit will make you happier, stronger and more confident.

 

Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, build muscle, increase your energy levels, train for a specific event or challenge or return to exercise after pregnancy I will create a bespoke programme to help you achieve your goals.

I work with clients of all fitness levels and ages and begin with a consultation looking at your lifestyle, diet and fitness.

 

Once I have a good understanding, we will set goals together so they are achievable, and I will support you every step of the way.

 

If required, I can also give nutritional advice — some clients find writing a food diary is a good way to understand what is happening. Read what my clients have to say here. 

If you have an injury, arthritis or joint problems I also offer personal training in the pool, a fantastic way of exercising without impact on your joints that will also increase flexibility, overall fitness and weight loss as well as reduce blood pressure. Training in the water also carries a very low likelihood of injury.
