I am a personal trainer and advanced fitness instructor based in Lymington in the heart of the New Forest.
My job is my passion, and I get a huge kick out of helping clients change their lives — by losing weight, shaping up post-pregnancy, training for a competition, rehabilitating after injury or simply just keeping fit.
I have been teaching for more than 20 years, and offer group fitness classes as well as small group and one-to-one personal training. I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels — don’t ever think personal training is exclusively for the fit. My main aim is to make fitness fun as well as safe, and to keep you motivated.
I also specialise in pre and post-natal fitness, so can help you maintain your health during pregnancy and regain your figure afterwards.
I work hard to continue my professional education, and regularly attend industry events, workshops and top-up courses to ensure I’m as up to date on the latest thinking in fitness from training techniques to nutrition.
