Oat Banana and Blueberry Muffins

Another quick, healthy and yummy recipe for you!





1.Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Mash 2 Bananas

3. Weigh out 180g of Oats and add to the mashed bananas.

4. Whisk two eggs and add to the mixture, stirring together.

5. Add 2 tsp's of vanilla extract and 2 tsp's of baking power to the mixture.

6. Add a handful of blueberries.

7. Spoon the mixture into a muffin tin and bake for 18 minutes.

8. et voila!
